You never know where your next client is going to come from, so I feel you should always be open to opportunities. Marné works at a chemist I frequent… Which sounds a little strange until you understand that as a 46 year old skateboarder I have a few aches and pains, new and old, that sometimes require special attention.

I spotted Marné outside work chatting to a friend one morning and stopped to say hello. When it came out in the conversation that I was a photographer I mentioned my new (for me personally) approach to documentary family photography. We got talking and quickly arranged a shoot at local ice skating rink for Marné and her boyfriend Sjaan.
